MASSACHUSETTS AVE

Carl Woodley, 55, 25 Oakland Avenue in Everett, was placed under arrest for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License. Woodley was placed under arrest after an officer observed him sitting in the driver's seat of a stolen motor vehicle outside of Massachusetts Ave. The motor vehicle was stolen out of Everett on 5/2/2021. After Woodley was arrested, it was discovered his driver's license was suspended and had been previously charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle.
