The South End Group Class Workout Studio will Host an Invitational Rowing Race Indoors Followed by a Brunch Get Together

On Sunday, April 24, 2016, Swet Studiohttp://www.swetstudio.com, of Boston's South End, in celebration of its Sixth Month Anniversary, will be hosting an open rowing class, followed by an invitational 5K Indoor Rowing Race. Then, as a treat, en masse, the group will makes its way to Barbara Lynch’s renowned South End Restaurant, The Butcher Shop, where everyone is welcome.http://thebutchershopboston.com/menus

Taking an out of the box approach is nothing new for Swet Studio™. The Boston aerial and fitness group class, health club, located at 480 Tremont Street in the heart of the South End, takes pride in being anything but average. With a loft-like industrial lounge space, soaring purple cathedral ceiling, and a stylish lighting and sound system, Swet Studio™ is unique. According to the Bugarian born fitness guru, Silviya Mihyalova, the studio was created with the belief that it should be more than just a place to go and workout, but a place to make friends, who share common interests and an active lifestyle:

Between 11:00 a.m. and noon on Sunday, April 24, as a warm up to the race, Swet Studio™ will he hosing an open rowing class, where everyone is welcome to participate. Then, while cooling down, members and the public are invited to sit back and cheer on some of Swet Studio’s elite athletes, who will be participating in the invitational 5K indoor rowing race. The race will start promptly at 12:15 p.m. The group will then rendezvous at Barbara Lynch’s Butcher Shop for some of the South End's special fare. To the victor go the spoils, so brunch and mimosas will be awarded by Swet Studio to the winner.
