Hammond Agent Carolyn Boyle Earns Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Designation

To achieve the SRES® designation, Boyle completed extensive coursework and passed the required examination.

BELMONT, Mass. (March 8, 2016) – Tod Beaty, principal and manager of Hammond Real Estate’s Belmont and Cambridge offices, recently announced that agent Carolyn Boyle has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

To achieve the SRES® designation, Boyle completed extensive coursework and passed the required examination. The SRES® designation recognizes real estate agents who demonstrate the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Boyle offers her clients a wealth of knowledge to guide their real estate experience. For sellers, her strong analytical skills to effectively price properties, combined with her extensive experience staging homes, ensure they command the highest price potential for their home. A Belmont resident for over twenty years, Boyle has been active in the community through her extensive volunteer work for the Foundation for Belmont Education, the Chenery Middle School and Wellington Elementary School PTOs, and the Belmont Activities Committee. She received her MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
