PAGU Birthday Pig Roasts: One Night - 3 Birthdays!
Join Chef Tracy Chang for a Pagu Pig Roast to celebrate the award winning chef's 32nd birthday, along with her pug Pearl's 2nd birthday!

PAGU in Central Square has been serving up creative Japanese/Spanish inspired dishes in Cambridge for almost 3 years now! To mark the anniversary and celebrate Chef Chang's birthday, PAGU will be hosting a Pig Roast on Thursday August 15th from 6-10PM.
Chang will celebrate her 32nd birthday along with her pug Pearl's, PAGU means pug in Japanese, 2nd birthday. The adorable puppy will make an appearance on the patio, and invites all of PAGU's neighbors to join in the celebration.
Joining Chang, will be PAGU friends Priscilla Capistrano and Amanda Ryan cooking two pigs, Philippine-style and sides like Sisig, Garlic Rice, and Pickled Papaya. Jonathan Cardona and Jose Jimenez will also be cooking two pigs, Mexican-style and sides like Tacos, Guacamole, Pico de Gallo and Tomatillo.

This event will celebrate Chef Chang's focus on Food + Community + Collaboration, since 2012 Chang has been a part of the Harvard Science and Cooking program as a teaching fellow. PAGU was born from various events hosted by Chang across Boston and Cambridge in the tech and start-up scene. Through collaboration with like-minded, community leaders the inspiration for PAGU was nurtured and three years ago found its home on Mass. Ave between Central Square and MIT.
Stop by on Thursday for a party like no other and even take a picture with Pearl the pug. Tickets are $45 dollars, beverages are a la carte and will feature specials like a $30 Rose Porron (a bottle of rose served in a traditional Spanish glass Porron pitcher), $4 Peronis, $5 Cocktail Specials, $5 Hibiscus Lemonade and more.
