Three in Four Cambridge Residents Over 75 Are Fully Vaccinated
Fourteen percent of all Cambridge residents are fully vaccinated, according to state data.

CAMBRIDGE, MA — Over three-quarters of Cambridge's oldest residents have received both doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the state's data. Fourteen percent of Cambridge residents as a whole are fully vaccinated, up from 13 percent last week.
Just over 9 percent of the city's residents have received just the first dose. Roughly four out of 10 residents ages 65 to 74 are fully vaccinated, and about 36 percent in that age group have received just their first dose.

Cambridge recorded 238 cases of the virus in the two weeks leading up to March 23. Its average daily incidence rate decreased to 15.2 from 16.3 the week before, and the positivity rate remained roughly the same at 0.43 percent.
