This week's Canton Moment is with Helen Nacopoulos, who moved here in 1966 from Greece.
Helen and her husband Peter Nacopoulos were married for 42 years until his passing a few years ago. They have three children who were all educated in the Canton School system; one daughter now lives in Greece and Helen's 10 grandchildren are all here in Canton.
"I love Canton but miss the way it used to be," Narcopoulos said. "It was more quiet, no traffic, less people and no big buildings. My husband and I opened 18 years ago."
