The community is invited to the screening of the critically acclaimed drama "The Other Son" on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Temple Beth Abraham, 1301 Washington Street, Canton at 7:30pm.
The Other Son is a touching, moving and provocative story of two young men - one Israeli, the other Palestinian - who discover that they were accidentally switched at birth, and the complex repercussions facing them and their respective families. As Joseph prepares to join the my for his national service, he discovers he is not his parents' biological son, but that he was inadvertently switched at birth with Yassin, the son of a Palestinian family from the West Bank. This revelation turns the lives of these two families upside down, forcing them to reassess their respective identities, their values and their beliefs.
