
Rockland Trust today announced it has hired Canton resident Carol Walsh as Branch Manager, Vice President at its Chestnut Hill branch. Walsh is experienced in the Chestnut Hill community, one of Rockland Trust’s newest branches, having previously worked at Citizens Bank in Chestnut Hill.
The bank also announced it has added Saturday hours in Chestnut Hill effective May 1. The Rockland Trust branch, located at 1192 Boylston Street in Chestnut Hill, offers a full range of consumer and business services, including a drive-up window. The branch is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and as of May 1, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Prior to joining Rockland Trust, Carol Walsh was Vice President and Branch Manager at Citizens Bank in Chestnut Hill for 21 years. Walsh, a Canton resident and former teacher, graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.
Walsh is being joined at the Chestnut Hill branch by fellow new hire Luba Levin, who was also at Citizens Bank in Chestnut Hill for 11 years – most recently as Premier Relationship Manager. She will be Rockland Trust’s first Premier Relationship Manager, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to the bank’s clients. Levin earned her degree in business accounting from Pine Manor College in Chestnut Hill. A Needham resident, Levin is an active member of the Needham-Newton Chamber of Commerce.
