Canton Resident Opens Whole Health Counseling Center

Whole Health for Men and Women, a professional nutritional health counseling service designed to radically improve health and happiness, has opened a new facility at 464 Granite Ave., Suite 20, Milton.  Betsy Cohen, a certified health counselor from Columbia University's Institute of Integrative Nutrition, for the company in 2008 to serve individuals, businesses and non-profits.  Betsy can help people understand the relationship between food, nutrition and maximizing an individual's energy level and feelings of well-being.  Her goal-setting aproach is personalized, non-judgemental and supportive to help achieve goals, reduce and understand food cravings, increase energy, feel better about your body and improve personal relationships.  Betsy is a certified health counselor from Columbia Univ., Certified Whole Health educator from NE School of Whole Health Education, has MEd in Psychology, is a certified Pilates instructor and presents at various wellness centers, athletic clubs/spas, educational institutions and corporate facilities.  Betsy is available for lunch-and-learn events with cooking demos and nutritional info.  Call 617-571-8873 or visit WholeHealthForMenAndWomen.com.
