MIT Brain Studies for Kids ages 4-8!

The Gabrieli lab at MIT is currently conducting research on executive function and reading and reading difficulties, and we are looking for children between the ages of 4 and 8 to participate.

The study involves approximately 3 hours of testing, and, if you qualify, 1 hour of non-invasive, radiation-free (but sometimes noisy!) fMRI scanning. After the scanning, your child will get pictures of his or her brain to take home!

Participants will be compensated in Amazon gift cards: $20/hour for testing and $30/hour for fMRI scanning.

This research is conducted by Dr. John Gabrieli at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
