Milton Art Museum, Annual Juried Competition:Winners Group Exhibition 1, featuring work by Eugenie Lewalski Berg of Shrewsbury, Rachel Hammerman of Roslindale, and Mary Hughes of Boston.
The abstract defines common ground for these three artists, who’s work unknowingly is connected by textures, patterns, and movement. Unique in execution, they present works in acrylic, mixed media, ink, pastel, pencil and graphite.
Exhibition thru Nov. 25th in the Presidents Conference Room. Hours:Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM to 7:00 PM, Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, in accordance with the College’s Academic Calendar. Access may be limited due to other scheduled activities. Inquire ahead recommended.
This exhibit is the first of two group shows scheduled, the results of the 2nd Annual Juried Competition with 184 entries. Juror’s selections were made in May by Frank Roselli, owner of Soprafina Gallery, Boston,MA. The second
group exhibition is in December, featuring Bradford Johnson of Somerville, MA; Chris Osborne of New Milford, CT, and Arlene Rush, New York, NY.
