Boyce Selected To ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Division III Gold Glove Team

Boyce recently finished his senior season at Babson College.

After leading all Babson College outfielders with 113 putouts, a career-high five assists and a 1.000 fielding percentage on the season, senior Trevor Boyce (Canton, Mass.) was selected as a American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings NCAA Division III Gold Glove recipient on Tuesday.

One of nine players chosen, Boyce becomes the first player in the history of the program to earn a Gold Glove. He was a first-team All-New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) selection this spring, playing in a career-high 36 games and finishing third on the team in putouts, without making an error.

He finished second on the squad with a .372 average to go along with 55 hits and 39 runs scored, both career-highs, and also led the NEWMAC with 20 stolen bases, finishing just one theft short of the program's single-season record.
