Canton Police correct information regarding December 9 incident.
made a correction to an item in the from December 9, 2010. Arthur Leventhal of Millis was not arrested. He was issued a complaint for a hearing, which was requested from the Clerk Magistrate for failing to pay wages in a timely manner, Canton Police Lt. Helena Findlen stated today. Due to a police department clerical error, the police log was incorrect. The department regrets the error.
