1:02 a.m. Police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Street. Police issued a court summons to Jose Luis Muniz of Stoughton on charges of marked lanes violation, operating under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and two counts of destruction of property more than $250.
4:44 a.m. Police assisted the fire department on Washington Street.
