Police arrested Wayne M. Wallace of Quincy on charges of breaking and entering, nighttime, a felony; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; failing to stop for police; larceny over $250; possessing a burglarious instrument; malicious destruction of property over $250; and reckless operation of a motor vehicle.
