5:25 p.m. Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at Pat's Towing on Turnpike Street and issued a summons to David Tedeschi, 54, of 34 Sherman Ave., Canton on for larceny under $250, attempting to commit a crime, and operating a motor vehicle with license revoked as a habitual traffic offender.

12:01 a.m. Police responded to a report of youths gathering at the 7-Eleven on Washington Street and charged an individual with trespassing and placed him in protective custody.

3:22 a.m. Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Turnpike Street and issued a summons to a Canton man for using a motor vehicle without authority, speeding, a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

4:10 p.m. Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Washington Street and rendered services.

4:41 p.m. Police responded to a report of malcious damage on Pinewood Road.
