1:21 p.m. Police responded to a report of a drug law violation at Shaw's supermarket on Washington Street. Spoken to.
1:33 p.m. Police responded to a report of an assault on Shawmut Road and issued summonses to Michael A. Meyers, 28, of 25 Patton St., Coventry, R.I. on a charge of assault and battery, and Daniel E. Anderson, 22, of 1396 River St., Hyde Park, on a charge of assault and battery on a public employee.
