Foley Jr., 28, 0f 10 Copley Place, Canton with driving under the influence of liquor, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and a marked lanes violation.

4:12 a.m. Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on Maple Street.

8:11 a.m. Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Washington Street at Pleasant Street.

10:01 a.m. Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on Surrey Lane.

1:59 p.m. Police responded to a report of harassment at the Canton Police Department on Washington Street.

2:14 p.m. Police responded to a report of identity fraud on Waterfall Drive.

4:20 p.m. Police responded to a report of youths gathering at St. John's School on Washington Street.

4:30 p.m. Police executed a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street at Royall Avenue and a summons was issued to Walter Aibangbe, 42, of 28A June St., Roslindale on charges of driving an uninsured vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle, and license not in possession.

6:00 p.m. Police responded to a report of breaking and entering on Washington Street.

7:20 p.m. Police responded to a report of a domestic disturbance on Kenney Street and arrested Mark J. Good, 55, of 55 Kenney St., Canton on a charge of assault and battery.

7:43 p.m. Police responded to a report of a dispute on East Waterfall Drive.

7:48 p.m. Police responded to a report of a disturbance on Jackson Street.

11:27 p.m. Police responded to a noise complaint on Arboretum Way.
