Thursday, May 24

4:44 p.m. Police responded to a report of  larceny/forgery/fraud at Auto Driveway on Neponset Street.

5:47 p.m. Police responded to a report of a disabled motor vehicle on Wall Street. Services rendered.

6:12 p.m. Police responded to a report of larceny/forgery/fraud on Tolman Street.

8:18 p.m. Police responded to a report of juvenile offenses at Drum Rock on Cliff Road. Unfounded.

8:38 p.m. Police responded to a report of suspicious activity at the cul de sac on  Bridle Path Road. Unable to locate.

9:52 p.m. Police responded to a report of wires down on Washington Street.

10:53 p.m. Police responded to a report of a suspicious  motor vehicle at the Canton Estate on Neponset Street. Police services given.

11:02 p.m. Police responded to an animal complaint on Pleasant Garden Road. Unfounded.

Friday, May 25

1:01 a.m. Police responded to a noise complaint at the Junction Pub on Neponset Street. Party spoken to.

4:34 a.m. Police responded to a report of an assault on Meadowbrook Way and arrested William J. Dumas, 77, of 1055 Randolph St., Canton on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

7:11 a.m. Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Washington Street. Services rendered.

7:06 a.m. Police stopped a motor vehicle on Washington Street at Randolph Street and issued a summons for driving an uninsured vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving a motor vehicle with registration suspended. The vehicle was towed.

8:02 a.m. Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Washington Street at  Sherman Street.
