Canton School Closed Tuesday
An elementary school in Canton will remain closed due to power outages.
CANTON, MA – One elementary school in Canton is closed Tuesday due to continued power outages, Canton Public Schools said. John F. Kennedy Elementary School is closed Tuesday, Oct. 31.
Strong winds knocked out power in the town Sunday night and early Monday morning. At their peak, outages affected over 1,000 Eversource customers.
Under 100 residents remained without power as of 7:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.
