Canton Students to Perform at Symphony Hall

Davonte Shirley, Nico Coloma-Cook, Patrick Hansen, John McDonough, Jonathan Nunes, Conor Shea, Daniel Williams and Jonathan Shea of Canton, students at Boston College High, will perform at Symphony Hall on Sunday October 20, 2013. Shirley will sing with the Chamber Choir, Columba-Cook, Hansen and Nunes will sing and McDonough will play the guitar with the Liturgical Choir, Conor Shea will play the trombone and Williams the tenor sax for the Concert Band and Jonathan Shea will act in the opening number of the musical "Once on This Island". The boys will be part of Boston College High's Gala 150th Anniversary Celebration. Drama, Contemporary and Classical music will be brought together to provide a celebration like no other in the history of BC High.

Special Guest: Michael Cavanaugh Grammy and Tony Award Nominee, Star of Movin'Out on Broadway. MC Ron Della Chiesa. BC High Chamber Choir under the direction of Marina Rozenberg. BC High Concert Band under the direction of Dr. Matthew Finnegan. BC High Liturgical Choir under the direction of Margaret Felice. The Dever Players under the direction of Janet Petitbon. Members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra. Members of the Longwood Symphony. Members of the Boston Conservatory. Matthew DiBattista '91 and Megan Tillman.
