Growing for Good

Growing for Good, or "Tzmicha L'tova" is a local community approach to promoting sustainability and awareness through education, exploration, and gardening projects. May 31st and June 1st, please join Temple Beth David of the South Shore for a weekend of learning with out scholar-in-residence Leora Mallach, Director of Ganei Beantown (Beantown Gardens). More information about Ms. Mallach can be found at beantownjewishgardens.org. Friday May 31st beginning at 7:30pm during the Shabbat evening service Ms. Mallach will speak with us about biblical models of sustainability and how they translate in today's faith-based communities. Saturday's morning service on June 1st will begin at 9:30am followed by a light Kiddush and an afternoon program will start at 1:30pm.
