This exciting new option for working LPNs is made possible by a grant from Massachusetts Department of Higher Education and the Fairlawn Foundation / Greater Worcester Community Foundation which enables them to earn their BSN in only three years.
This program also addresses the current nursing shortage by making it possible to graduate more BSN nurses faster than before. In fact, this program was developed to meet the recommendations of the Institute of Medicine Report on the future of nursing to increase the number of BSN nurses 80 percent by 2020 through an improved educational system that promotes seamless academic progression.
