Have you always wanted to run but didn’t know how to begin? Now’s your chance to learn how to successfully run 3.1 miles! You will be coached through a 9 week beginner program that has proven results. Your training program will commence in competing as a group in the Canton Lobster Loop 5k Race, August 19th. Training starts June 20th at the Torrington H.S. track, 6pm. There will be an initial informational session June 13th at Becoming Balanced, 224 East Main St, 7pm. There is a $55 program fee which includes guidance on proper form, weekly e-newsletters and a whole lot of fun and camaraderie. All are welcome!
