HESSCO Elder Services is offering a free 6 week course Powerful Tools For Caregivers, beginning Wednesday, October 12th, weekly, through Wednesday, November 16th, from 6:00 to 7:30pm, at the YMCA on Mechanic Street in Foxboro. These sessions will help caregivers to balance their lives, reduce stress, make hard decisions, find and use helpful resources and improve self confidence.
