Exclusive Buyer Agent Real Estate Firm Grows Celebrates 10th Year
Buyers Brokers Only, LLC celebrates its 10th year of providing Canton, MA and Boston area homebuyers with exclusive buyer representation.
Started by two lawyers in November 2005 with the goal of providing homebuyers with 100 percent loyalty 100 percent of the time from their real estate buyer agent, Buyers Brokers Only, LLC has grown to be one of the largest exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerages in the United States.

“When we started discussing the possibility of starting an exclusive buyer agency real estate brokerage more than 10 years ago, we certainly were not thinking about growing to more than 20 buyer brokers and 200 transactions per year,” Buyers Brokers Only co-founder Richard Rosa said. “Fast forward 10 years and our company has had the pleasure of helping more than 1,000 first-time homebuyers and experienced homebuyers make informed decisions about buying their homes.”
Although all the real estate agents at Buyers Brokers Only are attorneys, Buyers Brokers Only is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice to their homebuyer clients; however, the company believes so strongly in the importance of home-buying consumers having a real estate lawyer in their corner that it provides a commission rebate after closing to help pay for the cost of an attorney.
