CANTON, MA – Police have arrested a suspect in connection with an armed robbery of a Canton 7-Eleven, the Canton Police Department announced. Abilio Andrade, 22, of Brockton, has been charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon.Police said Andrade allegedly entered the store at 504 Washington Street around 4:45 a.m. Monday morning and held a knife to the clerk's throat. He then allegedly ordered the clerk to empty the cash register, according to police.Andrade is expected to be arraigned in Stoughton District Court Wednesday morning. Image via CPD
