The Camp Kids is
a group of fifteen student musicians from South Shore communities
who came together through a summer music camp at the Thacher Montessori School in Milton instructed by Victor
McSurely a member of Boston's Blue Man Group.
The Camp Kids held their first performance for a school
benefit and have since held benefit concerts for Doctors
Without Borders and for the families of Sandy Hook first
responders in Newtown, Conn.
They have been featured on the R.E.M. Youtube channel. Join them in this free concert at the library's Community Room.
