Accomplishments:
Jack moved to Canton from California 2 ½ years ago. A delightful first grader with special needs, he became part of a sub-separate classroom at the that focused on teaching him and other children strategies for overcoming challenges.

Jack’s goal in this work was to become ready-for-learning in general education classes. He worked with his teachers, classmates and with the strategies he was taught. It took time, and Jack persevered. By sticking with it, he met his goal.
Jack is now a delightful third grade student in a general education class. He is confident, popular with his peers and thrives every day.
