• Jennine Blum to lead Health Department (carlislemosquito.org) — Carlisle's Board of Health has promoted longtime resident and health assistant Jennine Blum to serve as the town's Health Agent and head of the Health Department, overseeing septic permits and public health initiatives. She plans to streamline services, expand community support with the public health nurse, and help residents better navigate health regulations as the town also looks to hire a new health assistant this fall.
