All You Need to Know About the Proposed Wynn Resorts
The New England installment of the casino is going to have 150 table games and 500 hotel rooms.
The integrated casino resort will be on a 37-acre former chemical plant site. Wynn Resorts will rest on the Mystic River.
The company is aiming for a 2017 opening and development planning has begun. Here’s what the new casino is likely to have:

Gaming: 150 table games and 3,000 slot machines.
Lodging: A 500-luxury room hotel.

Dining: Eight restaurants of various cuisines.
Shopping: 140, 000 square feet of retail space will be available for businesses.
Nightlife: A 12,000 square foot club is in the works.
In less than ten years, Wynn Resorts has built two casinos in both Las Vegas and Macau. Both are destinations with multiple casinos, so the Wynn in Everett will be the first company resort that will not have any nearby competitors.
Wynn Las Vegas has over 25 restaurants and bars, roughly 3,000 hotel rooms and four nightclubs. The resort made Forbes Award history by earning a five-star rating in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Spa category for two years in a row.
