Akosa Nadeubunan led his team with a double-double (24 points, 12 rebounds) for the Townies. The win improves Charlestown's ranking from 18th to 10th in the Boston Globe's top 20 High School Teams Poll. They are still undefeated in the Boston City League with a 5-0 record and are the only team in the state to average over 80 points per game (80.4).
