Friday's Tip: Sneaky Yoga, Hair Edition!

After a sweaty gym session this morning I decided to get sneaky with my yoga while doing my hair. It works better when you aren't trying to take a picture while you do it.

When you are rushing around in the morning, like I always am, it helps to keep the stress down. Play some yoga music, do some Pranyama, and add poses into your into your morning routine!
