News of the week - You may have been following the chatter regarding the development of Parcel #39a (the parking lot in front of the YMCA on 1st Ave). Recent talk in the yard indicates a ground breaking may be forthcoming. We look forward to comments on the development plan from Dave Whelan of the CNC (Charlestown Neighborhood Council) and hope to share Dave's comments next week.
