This Week's Tip: Don't waste your time caring what others think!
I should clarify, of course care what other people think and their opinions and I never want to hurt anyone's feelings.
Today I was in the park by my office and I took my shoes off. I had the urge to do some yoga poses so I did them! I did bhadda konasana, double pigeon, and dandasana. Really who cares? It felt good. I have cared less about being judged than ever since starting my blog. I did have a short case of Blogger Anxiety but that ended and I feel free and more confident than ever. Especially with all of my friends, family, and my new blogger family's support!
I have also been playing my favorite song from my favorite yoga class that I finally found online. At first I had it on so I could barely even hear it fearing someone might think it is "weird" but now it is on just as loud as I would play Hold It Against Me. I really don't care what someone thinks of my music. It is relaxing and beautiful.
