The C5 Collective - Charlestown Coworking Space

C5 Shipway Place in the Charlestown Navy Yard is the commercial base for a local clothing & lifestyle start-up Encore Apparel Co. [EncoreApparel.com]. The space has been beautifully renovated to have a unique industrial feel complete with reclaimed wood and exposed concrete floors and beams. Located 1/2 block off the Harborwalk it’s in a quiet, easily accessible area close to Pier6, MGH Institute and Spaulding Rehab hospital.

Being that our business requires us to be out of the office for the majority of the work week, we’re gauging potential interest in opening our doors to a limited number of individuals as a coworking space.

Amenities include the following:

An open and relaxed office concept.
Eight dedicated work table seats with easy access to electrical outlets.
Additional couch seating and leather swivel chair (located in our sitting area).
Free WiFi and Printing.

Option to have mail delivered to this business address.

Free use of our land line phone.

Free coffee (Keurig), water and soda.
Potential use of the sound system (assuming agreement between all people working.)

Membership access would run from 6am to 6pm Monday thru Friday. There is the potential that could be extended and/or additional time outside those hours could be scheduled, but that will be totally dependent on the weekly business needs of Encore Apparel Co (we do product fulfillment most nights and have work-related events on the weekend). In general, we’re pretty flexible though.

Pricing for access would be $150 for two weeks or $250 for the entire month. All bookings will be done via a credit card thru our coworking app on a monthly basis.

Depending on the interest we receive, we will potentially open our co-working membership program on March 1st. Preference will be given to those emails we receive on a first come first serve basis.
