The following announcement was submitted by the Charlestown Neighborhood Council. The CNC is sponsoring a community meeting on Thursday, March 29, 2012 at 7:00 pm at Building 114 to hear a proposal from Food Truck Festivals of the Northeast. The festival is envisioned to take place on June 16, 2012 from 11 am to 4 pm in the area around Drydock 2 in the Charlestown Navy Yard. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be given to the Courageous Sailing Center. Interested parties are encouraged to attend.
