267 – 281 Medford Street (Nancy Sales Building) Development Meeting:
The CNC Development Committee will be hosting a meeting for review of the proposed redevelopment plans for 267 – 281 Medford Street (Nancy Sales Building). This project was previously reviewed and approved by the CNC in 1995. As part of the revised proposal being submitted for review, the developer is seeking additional Zoning variances. The meeting will occur at 7 pm at the Charlestown High School Auditorium, on Thursday, January 19, 2012. It is anticipated that the project will be requesting final approval from the Zoning Board of Appeal in February of 2012.
