Explore concepts of editing while developing a basic understanding of Final Cut Pro. Participate in an interactive lesson which teaches the fundamentals of media management, editing aesthetics, log and capture, basic cuts, text, graphics and music. Upon workshop completion, edit your final project to be certified as a Producer/Editor.
Prerequisites: Must have means to shoot certification project. Participants should have basic computer skills including creating folders, creating files and saving files in folders.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Charles Hughley is a Cleveland, Ohio native who earned his degree in Mass Media Communications from Northeastern University. He is currently working on a masters degree in Digital Media with concentrations in Videography and Photography and aspires to one day be a prominent voice in the media community while aiding in the progression of new media.
