As part of MGH and Spaulding’s upcoming health assessment, the Charlestown community is sponsoring a Community Forum on Thursday, Dec. 1 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 75 West School St. to gather information relative to health concerns in Charlestown.
Dinner and babysitting begins at 6:30 p.m., and the discussion will run from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
