Flatley Company Chooses JLL as Leasing Agent for Schrafft Center in Charlestown

Financial and professional services firm JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the Schrafft Center in Charlestown, according to the Boston Business Times. 

Braintree-based Flatley Company, which has owned the 1 million square-foot waterfront business campus since 1984, has also sought CBT Architects to address improvements to the building, including a revamped lobby, landscaping and a new conference center, according to the report. 

It's not the first project JLL has been chosen to take on in the Boston area. Earlier this year, the firm was also chosen to provide project management services for the expansion of the YMCA of Greater Boston's facility in West Roxbury.
