The 2,435-square-foot bakery/café will be “eclectically decorated to bring you a modern view of Paris with a retro twist,” according to a company release. It’ll have seating for about 40 inside, 15 outside, and a six-seat coffee bar.

Paul is known for its bread, which is made daily with organic, locally-sourced flour, according to the company. Its menu also features pastries and sandwiches.
