Hammond Agents Participate in Top Charlestown Single-Family Sales

Top sales include the highest price ever paid for a single-family residence in Charlestown.

Dave Stenberg, manager of Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Charlestown office located in the historic Warren Tavern Building at 105 Main Street, recently announced that Hammond agents participated in the top four single-family transactions to convey within Charlestown to date in 2016.

According to Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network (MLSPIN) data, Nancy Roth represented the seller client in connection with the $1,401,000 sale of 33 Mead Street, a spectacular open-layout townhouse, circa 1870, that was recently renovated to incorporate period detail with modern amenities. Lastly, Nancy Roth represented both transaction sides of the top two townhouse sales at 21 Elm Street and 22 Cordis Street.
