Four floors of office space in historic landmark building in the Charlestown Navy Yard sitting at the head of Boston Harbor. First floor reception and conference room. Seven offices on floors two and three, large floor through space on fourth floor. This landmark was built in 1853, and in the 19th century Naval Shipyard workers "mustered" on the veranda to receive work assignments and pay. The building enjoys stunning direct harbor views and abundant natural light, and the clock has been restored to working order.

The property's online listing can be viewed here, and Nancy Kueny, who works with Gibson Sotheby's International Realty, can be reached for business inquiries about this property at nancy.kueny@sothebysrealty.com or 617.697.9819.
