LATEST FORECAST: Two Feet of Snow Possible in Greater Boston
The National Weather Service said most of Eastern and Central Massachusetts will get well more than a foot of snow.

The National Weather Service is now predicting that as much as two feet of snow may fall in Greater Boston, the North Shore, Merrimack Valley, MetroWest and Northeast Massachusetts from Saturday to Tuesday.

The latest NWS forecast shows those areas are expected to get 18-24 inches of snow.
Central Massachusetts and most of the South Shore may get 14-18 inches of snow with much less expected on Cape Cod and the Islands.

The NWS has issued a Winter Storm Warning from 10 p.m. Saturday until 1 a.m. Tuesday.
Here’s the latest forecast from The Weather Channel:
Sunday: Snow with 3 to 5 inches likely.
Sunday night: Snow will intensify overnight with 5 to 8 inches possible by Monday morning.
Monday: More snow with 5 to 8 inches possible.
Monday night: Snow will taper off and end overnight.
Tuesday: Snow showers possible with highs in the 20s.
