When they arrived, they spoke with a woman who stated that she was walking from the Orange Line to the Red Line when she was indecently assaulted by a man.

“The victim then pointed out the offending male subject who was now seated on a bench,” according to Lt. Richard Sullivan. “Officers approached the male, later identified as Josue Estrada, 30, of Boston and informed him he was being placed into custody.”

Estrada, however, allegedly refused to comply with the officers and “challenged them to a physical confrontation referring to himself as a ‘Ninja,’” according to the report.

Officers gained control of Estrada, took him into custody, and booked and processed him. He’s expected to be arraigned on Boston Municipal Court-Central Division sometime today.
