On Saturday, Neighborhood Health Plan joined the American Heart Association and thousands of participants on the Charles River Esplanade for the 2013 Boston Heart Walk. Every year, the Heart Walk raises funds and awareness to support the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
