Has anybody else taken notice of the panhandling that seems to be always hanging out around Thompson Square for last few weeks? I thought I was going to get jumped outside Tedeschi's the other night by one sitting down, and wife wouldn't even get out of her car last night after dark to pick up a bottle of wine at liquor store by another. Just curious has anyone else noticed?
