Today's photo comes from the New England Revolution, and it came with the following press relase:

New England Revolution stars midfielder Chris Tierney and defenseman A.J. Soares climbed aboard the USS Constitution, the world's oldest commissioned warship afloat, for a special tour with United States Sailors to promote the team’s “Salute to Heroes” program on Saturday, May 19, at Gillette Stadium.

While on Old Ironsides, Tierney and Soares showed the sailors how to kick like a pro, as they provided the crew with on-board soccer skills demonstration.   

The New England Revolution and USO will honor U.S. Armed Forces by providing military members with complimentary tickets for the team’s game on May 19 against the Houston Dynamo at Gillette Stadium during their “Salute to Heroes.” The event will feature interactive programs and entertainment to honor our troops on Armed Forces Day.  

Tickets to the match are available by calling the Revolution ticket office at 1-877-GET-REVS, or through all Ticketmaster locations (online, phone, retail centers).
