Ringo Starr's "Help!" Jacket Sells For Big Money at Boston Auction
Starr's jacket was part of the "Marvels of Modern Music" auction.

A suit jacket worn by Beatles drummer Ringo Starr in the movie “Help!” recently sold for more than $46,500 at an auction based in Boston, according RR Auction.
RR Auction says Starr’s black wool double-breasted suit was part of the online “Marvels of Modern Music” auction and one of several pieces of rock ’n’ roll memorabilia to sell. The auction closed Thursday.
The jacket features soft gray vertical line patterns, a keystone layout of six black buttons, and four more on the end of each cuff. “Ringo No. 1.” is stitched on the upper lining of the right sleeve.
